Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Maison Reverie LLC ("Maison Reverie"), each piece is thoughtfully sourced, carefully prepared, and packaged with great attention to detail. Many of our items are antique, vintage, handcrafted, or one-of-a-kind pieces collected throughout Europe and abroad. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and periods of elevated order volume.

Certain oversized, fragile, made-to-order, or freight-shipped items may require additional preparation and handling time prior to shipment. Estimated processing and delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Maison Reverie reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, carrier limitations, or orders outside our shipping service areas.

Shipping Availability

Maison Reverie currently ships within the continental United States only.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • P.O. boxes
  • International destinations

Orders placed outside our approved shipping regions may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, and white glove delivery providers.

Carrier selection is determined based on the size, weight, fragility, value, and destination of each shipment.

Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout when applicable.

Oversized furniture, freight items, and specialty deliveries may require separate delivery coordination following purchase.

Freight & Furniture Deliveries

Large furniture, oversized decor, and certain fragile pieces may ship via freight carrier or specialty delivery service.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, freight deliveries are typically threshold or curbside deliveries only. White glove delivery, room-of-choice placement, assembly, debris removal, or installation services are not included unless separately arranged in writing.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • ensuring accurate delivery information
  • confirming access for delivery vehicles
  • measuring all entryways, hallways, elevators, staircases, and intended spaces prior to purchase

Maison Reverie is not responsible for items that do not fit into the customer’s home, building, or designated space.

Additional fees resulting from failed delivery attempts, storage, rerouting, redelivery, refused shipments, or inaccessible delivery conditions remain the responsibility of the customer.

Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation may be required on orders exceeding certain value thresholds or for shipments deemed high risk or fragile.

By placing an order requiring signature confirmation, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts responsibility for coordinating receipt of the shipment.

Shipping Insurance & Risk of Loss

Shipping protection or insurance may be offered at checkout for eligible shipments.

Customers who decline available shipping protection assume the risk of carrier-related loss, theft, or damage occurring after the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier or delivery provider, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Risk of loss and title for purchased goods transfer to the customer upon Maison Reverie’s delivery of the shipment to the designated carrier or delivery provider.

Maison Reverie is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, loss, weather events, labor disruptions, port congestion, customs delays, delivery interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Delays

Estimated transit times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Maison Reverie shall not be liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by:

  • weather
  • carrier interruptions
  • customs processing
  • labor shortages or strikes
  • port congestion
  • natural disasters
  • acts of government
  • supply chain disruptions
  • force majeure events
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all billing and shipping information is accurate prior to submitting an order.

Maison Reverie is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to coordinate delivery, additional shipping and handling charges may apply prior to reshipment.

Antique, Vintage & Handmade Item Conditions

Many Maison Reverie pieces are antique, vintage, reclaimed, handcrafted, or naturally aged items and will exhibit unique characteristics consistent with age, use, and craftsmanship.

Variations including, but not limited to:

  • patina
  • wear
  • oxidation
  • wood movement
  • distressing
  • repairs
  • crazing
  • chips
  • scratches
  • texture variations
  • tonal inconsistencies
  • irregularities
  • minor imperfections

are considered part of the character and authenticity of the piece and are not considered defects.

Product dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly.

Colors and finishes may also appear differently depending on monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

By purchasing from Maison Reverie, the customer acknowledges and accepts these natural variations and characteristics.

Inspection & Damage Claims

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

For parcel shipments:

  • any visible damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery

For freight deliveries:

  • visible damage must be noted on the carrier delivery receipt at the time of delivery
  • all freight-related claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Customers must retain:

  • all original packaging
  • shipping materials
  • damaged goods
  • documentation
  • photographs

Failure to retain packaging or report damage within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

Maison Reverie reserves the right to deny claims that do not comply with these procedures.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our curated antique, vintage, and specialty collections, Maison Reverie does not accept:

  • returns
  • refunds
  • exchanges
  • cancellations after shipment

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, materials, and condition details prior to purchase.

In the event of a fulfillment error caused directly by Maison Reverie, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Reverie’s liability for any claim relating to a purchased product or shipment shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the item.

Maison Reverie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use, delivery, delay, condition, or inability to use any product purchased through our website.

Governing Law

These policies and any disputes arising from purchases made through Maison Reverie shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.
