Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Policy
At Maison Reverie LLC (“Maison Reverie,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), each piece is thoughtfully sourced and carefully selected for its character, craftsmanship, and individuality. Due to the nature of our collections, all sales are final.
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the policy outlined below.
All Sales Final
All purchases made through Maison Reverie are final sale.
We do not accept:
- returns
- refunds
- exchanges
- order cancellations after shipment
- price adjustments
This policy applies to all products sold through our website, including but not limited to:
- antique items
- vintage goods
- furniture
- décor
- artwork
- lighting
- textiles
- garden pieces
- handmade or one-of-a-kind objects
Please carefully review all product descriptions, dimensions, materials, condition notes, and photographs prior to purchase.
Antique & Vintage Item Conditions
Many Maison Reverie pieces are antique, vintage, reclaimed, handcrafted, or naturally aged items sourced throughout Europe and abroad.
Variations consistent with age and use — including but not limited to:
- patina
- wear
- oxidation
- wood movement
- distressing
- repairs
- crazing
- chips
- scratches
- tonal variations
- texture irregularities
- minor imperfections
are considered part of the character and authenticity of each piece and are not considered defects.
No two pieces are exactly alike.
Product dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly.
By purchasing from Maison Reverie, customers acknowledge and accept these natural variations and characteristics.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, customers must contact us within:
- 24 hours of delivery for parcel shipments
- 24 hours of delivery for freight shipments
All claims must include:
- order number
- photographs of the item
- photographs of the packaging materials
- photographs of the shipping label
- a description of the issue
For freight deliveries, visible damage must also be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Customers must retain all original packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed and resolved.
Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Refused Deliveries & Failed Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information and appropriate access for delivery.
Additional fees associated with:
- refused deliveries
- failed delivery attempts
- rerouting requests
- storage fees
- return freight charges
may be deducted from any approved resolution or charged separately to the customer.
Maison Reverie is not responsible for items that do not fit through doorways, staircases, hallways, elevators, or intended spaces.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues
Maison Reverie is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier interruptions, weather-related issues, customs delays, port congestion, labor disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier or delivery provider, transit times are outside of our control.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase through our website, customers agree to these policies and acknowledge that all sales are final.
Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons inconsistent with this policy, including dissatisfaction related to disclosed antique or vintage characteristics, may be considered a violation of these terms.
Maison Reverie reserves the right to provide order records, delivery confirmation, photographs, policy acknowledgements, and related documentation in response to any payment dispute.
